His career spans more than 25 years in leadership roles, including senior executive positions at TDC and DXC Technology, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives and regional operations across Northern and Eastern Europe.

As Co-CEO at Cepheo, Jørgen combines strategic vision with deep industry expertise to guide the company’s evolution as a trusted digital partner in the Nordics, fostering innovation and long-term customer success.

Sven is an accomplished business leader with a strong track record across financial strategy, operational excellence, stakeholder relations and digital transformation. His career spans more than XX years of international roles in companies such as MAN Diesel & Turbo, Ecolab, FFW and, most recently, mGroup.

As Cepheo CFO, Sven's financial oversight, strategic insight and leadership plays a pivotal role in steering the company’s financial health and strategic direction.

Henrik is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience driving technology-led transformation and supporting business growth across Scandinavia. Before joining Cepheo, he held senior roles at DXC Technology and EG, where he built and scaled business units and delivery organizations across Scandinavia and nearshore/offshore teams. He focuses on fostering high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships and executing strategies that drive sustainable growth.

As Managing Director for Cepheo Sweden, Henrik’s leadership is instrumental in driving organizational transformation, enhancing customer success and positioning Cepheo as a trusted digital partner in the Swedish market.

Steen is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in IT and consulting, specializing in driving digital transformation through cloud-based business applications. His career includes senior executive roles at SAP and Columbus, where he led large-scale delivery organizations, scaled international operations and pioneered innovative ERP implementation models.

As Managing Director for Cepheo Denmark, Steen combines strategic vision with deep industry expertise to fostering a culture of innovation and customer success that positions Cepheo as a trusted transformation partner for Danish businesses.

Trond is a highly experienced executive with a strong track record in strategic execution, operational excellence and digital transformation. His career spans nearly 20 years in leadership roles within the ERP and technology consulting space, including over a decade as CEO of Axdata, where he led operations across Norway and Denmark.
