“We had run some test environments and, of course, there were a few things that went wrong. There always are, but overall it was a pretty reasonable transition,” she says.

After implementation, Murersvendenes Finans A/S has found the support from Cepheo to be both fast and competent.

“We always get help when we call. It gives a great sense of security to know that I can always reach someone,” says Gitte Eriksen.

If she could change one thing, it would be to schedule the implementation at the right time of year.

“I would align the implementation with a year-end because it makes sense in relation to balances and such. We tried that but in the end it was not possible for various reasons,” she says.
